Phil Cook passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on 8th November 2022 aged 81 years.
The much loved husband of Jose and treasured Dad of Martyn & Matt, Phil will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, especially his many friends and colleagues.
The funeral service will be held at St John the Baptist & St Helen Parish Church Wroughton on Tuesday 22nd November at 1pm, followed by interment in the lower cemetery.
Family flowers only however, donations in Phil’s memory for the Prospect Hospice may be sent c/o 10 St John Road – more information on 814602.
