Ted Szlachta suddenly at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon on 25th August aged 68 years.
The beloved husband of Carol, adored dad of Catherine and Louise and much loved granddad to Leo, who will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Funeral service to be held at Holyrood Church, Groundwell Road, Swindon on Tuesday 30th September at 11am, followed by a private family committal.
Family flowers only, however donations are welcome in Ted’s memory for Prospect Hospice. The may be donated following the service, or sent c/o 10 St John Road.
